Civil Project Engineer (Pipelines)

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Coordinate and administer construction engineering activities to achieve project time and budget objectives
• Assist with the preparation of site construction budgets and reports.
• Monitor construction progress and report to the Area Manager.
• Interpret designs and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Demonstrate financial management skills and commercial acumen.
• Assign work and assist with reviews for accuracy and standards compliance.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure quality control.
• Conduct risk assessments for safety, environment, and quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor of Engineering.
• 3-4 years of experience in pipeline construction.
• Delivered water infrastructure projects, including pipeline networks.
• Knowledge of civil construction standards, codes, and regulations.
• Experience with scoping, tendering, and managing subcontractors.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
