Project Manager

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver major capital development works to a high standard, ensuring project milestones, budgets, and performance targets are met.
  • Provide leadership across all project phases, from feasibility to completion.
  • Manage contractor engagement, consultants, and external PM resources.
  • Support teams in risk management and issue resolution.
  • Assist and guide aviation partners, tenants, and stakeholders through project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with Safety, Environment, and Quality standards.
  • Manage project financials, permits, and site audits.
  • Foster a high-performing construction team and drive continuous improvement.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

  • Established Project Management background within the construction industry, focusing on building and civil infrastructure projects.
  • Tertiary education in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management is beneficial.
  • Experience in managing the delivery of capital programs and budgets.
  • Robust experience with project and contract management.
