Project Manager
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver major capital development works to a high standard, ensuring project milestones, budgets, and performance targets are met.
- Provide leadership across all project phases, from feasibility to completion.
- Manage contractor engagement, consultants, and external PM resources.
- Support teams in risk management and issue resolution.
- Assist and guide aviation partners, tenants, and stakeholders through project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Environment, and Quality standards.
- Manage project financials, permits, and site audits.
- Foster a high-performing construction team and drive continuous improvement.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Established Project Management background within the construction industry, focusing on building and civil infrastructure projects.
- Tertiary education in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management is beneficial.
- Experience in managing the delivery of capital programs and budgets.
- Robust experience with project and contract management.
